I understand for hunting dogs, but still think it is lame. Not sure if that is the situation you are in or not though. I have two dogs who we let out all the time. the moment they start barking it is inside. My neighbors have a taco bell dog and that little thing barks every waking minute outside for very long periods of time. Sure it is a little bark, but still rather annoying. Sometimes common courtesy just does not flow out of folks. Not a fan of outside only dogs here. I understand for hunting dogs, but still think it is lame.
